Your client wishes to use the services of your company. You employ personnel with the relevant
knowledge required to carry out work. Therefore, you have been asked by your customer to apply
for SCA Service B.V.'s DocuCheck. After your application you will receive an online intake form
with your contact details and the details regarding the nature of the cooperation with your
customer.
With help of these details an online environment is prepared for your company with questions and
upload requests which is fully tailored to your future cooperation with your customer.
DocuCheck's questions must be answered, compulsorily or not, and possibly supported with
documentation. Only the upload of PDF documents with a maximum size of 5 MB per document is
allowed.
Related questions and upload requests are grouped in blocks. In the first block, you will be
asked to upload the registration papers in the country of residence. In doing so, some
verification questions are asked regarding the registration, the activities and the private data
of the director/owner/shareholder. These include establishing for how long the enterprise has
been in business, whether it operates in the same or different industries, whether there are
regular changes of business address and beneficial owner/manager.
In the second block, the registration in the Netherlands is requested whereby the data of your
company and the beneficial owner must correspond with the data in the country of establishment,
that the registration complies with the WAADI legislation and that it is correctly registered
with the various authorities in the Netherlands.
In the third block, you must provide the details of your employees. Here a distinction is made
between Dutch citizens, EEA citizens and non-EEA citizens. The questionnaire is adapted to the
situation of the non-Dutch residents so that all eventualities are covered.
DocuCheck is fully responsive so that it is possible to scan/photograph employee data on-site by
cell phone, for example using the Copy ID-App of the Dutch Government, and upload it into the
system while fully complying with requirements as set out in the General Data Protection
Regulation (AVG).
If you have any questions or comments you can find the helpdesk email address in your received emails.
